Rod Volbeda is a 2nd generation dairyman who looked to cheese to grow and sustain his family dairy. Located just outside Salem, Oregon, Willamette Valley Cheese produces Gouda, Havarti, Brie and Fontina style cheeses using milk from the farms herd of Jersey Cattle and dairy sheep.
