Pierre Kolisch has been making French-inspired goat cheese on his farm in Redmond since 1987, well before it was ‘cool’ to make cheese. Disillusioned with his life as a lawyer, he longed for a life in agriculture. After studying in France, he returned to the high desert to craft cheeses with his herd of goats and continues to inspire legions of fans with his cheeses from Juniper Grove Farm.
