Cheese Photography 101 Top Tip – Reflecting Light

Here’s a short video I made showing how some simple techniques to bounce light back onto your subject can vastly improve your cheese photography.

Understanding how a simple white (or silver, gold or black) card can change a photography is an essential skill in the photographer’s toolkit.

You can get started for little or no money by trying the technique using a white foamcore sheet from the dollar store or even the white styrofoam from cheese packaging. Try it and see if it doesn’t make a difference in your images!

Please leave questions and comments below. These are my first prototypes of an upcoming Cheese Photography 101 course. What do you want to know more about? What didn’t make sense? Thanks for your feedback!
